Due to inclimate weather, we will not be able to race in Chattanooga this weekend. We will be, once again, in Calhoun.

With Riders from 7 states, and an amazing turnout....

I'm excited to say our 3rd annual
St Jude/Cody heard race was a huge success!
Year one was 5,000
Year two was 10,000
This year was even bigger,
Our great group of riders and families came together and raised a total donation of 13,300.00 to be donated in Honor of Cody Heard,
That's over 28,000 in 3 years!!
We learned a lot this year,
I personally tried a couple things that worked and a couple things that didn't work,
I learned from this year,
next year I will capitalize on that knowledge,
I personally want to thank everyone that came out, everyone that rally's around any fundraiser we do, it means a lot to me,

Attached is a letter from Kelly Rozzell Heard, her son Cody is the reason We put this together,
They are the reason I know a little about what St. Jude does,

Darrel....
We just wanted to say "thank you" again for everything that everyone did to make the 3rd Annual Cody Heard Race such a huge success! You had to fight Mother Nature the week before and we all know that she is POWERFUL! Please share on the motocross page that our family is so overwhelmed with the huge turnout this year!! Some people don't realize that St Jude pays for everything! They provide gas money, lodging, food vouchers and they only take what insurance pays! They are amazing! Just think how this weekend may help another child with cancer!! It was all made possible by everyone who attended wether they watched, ride or worked. We have made many new friends on this journey. Life is impossible without friends!!
THANK YOU EVERYONE!!

This week's rider of the week is Colter Cochran! Colter is 8 years old, bike #4 on a KTM 50. He is the son of Steven and April Cochran from Rocky Face, Georgia and attends Westside Elementary School. Colter started racing at the age of 6 and had 2 impressive 1st place finishes this past Saturday night. Other than motocross he likes to play football. His favorite supercross rider is Ryan Villipoto. When Colter grows up he hopes to one day make it to the main! Colter is currently leading the points in stock 7-8 years old and 50cc open. He would like to thank his parents, grandpa PawPaw Jr, Uncle Lamar and Roy for making this happen for him every weekend. Congratulations Colter on being our rider of the week! We wish you the best of luck! You have a free practice on us. Due to the weather, we will be back out at Pro Edge Calhoun this Saturday night for Round 6 of our Southern Shootout. Everyone make plans to join us this weekend to see Colter and many more great kids like him. The competition just keeping heating up in these 50cc classes! We will have a huge egg hunt this Saturday night at intermission. Pro Edge Calhoun is the place to be for racing action and family fun every weekend. Faith, family and motocross! God Bless ~~Jaime~~
